Warranty,

• Manufactured Items : 12 months from date of delivery against manufacturing defects
• LED : fixtures for a period of 12 months and bulbs for a period of 06 months from delivery date on factory defects only.
• Warranty does not cover – Inappropriate environment conditions, damaged from transport, negligence, lack of maintenance, attempts to repair by unauthorized personnel, non original accessories and cables. Luminaire installed in systems that have an imbalance (voltage/current) in the power factor. Luminaire installed in systems without protection against power surge of any kind (i.e. lighting).
